This 52ft Colecraft (1997) is equipped with a Beta diesel engine and is offered as a project vessel requiring some internal refurbishment. The boat has not been in use for approximately three years. Some windows are leaking, resulting in wood deterioration around their frames, as shown in the accompanying photos. The side door hatch requires attention, and the hull will need to be blacked. Currently, there is no survey available, but one can be arranged at the buyer's expense. The boat will include a new 4-year Boat Safety Certificate.
